whose running SS wheels on their 3rd gen

I just bought a chrome set of OEM SS wheels on ebay for my 91z28 and need to know if I need spacers for them. I have a 4th gen rear in there now so i know the rear is all set. But what about the front.

well, there is a way to find out: put the wheels on and see if they work. if they don't fit properly, get spacers. It's worth a shot. I have a 4th gen rear on mine too, and the thirdgen wheels fit, so yours should work.

Yes, you will need wheel spacers up front but not in the rear since you are using a 4th gen rear. The off set is correct on the 4th gen rears for the SS rims.

Yep, gonna need spacers in the front. I used SPD's 2.25", but with my 1LE front brakes, my wheels moved outward about 3/8-1/2". If you have 1LE fronts, I'd look for 2" spacers. I also have a 4th gen rear (97 TA), and as was mentioned I didn't have to use spacers.
