My car has dual fans, they're not working. If I'm not mistaken the driver side fan comes on first, then the pass side when the car gets hotter. Well the driver side fan doesn't come on at all. I just changed the fan switch but it didn't fix it.I tried just grounding the switch wire, turn the key on and only the passenger side fan runs. I'm lost now so any help will be greatly appreciated.

mine blew and i had the same problem you had. its located near the battery in a cigar shaped plastic clip.

 

Fusible link?? did you just replace it? where do i get one? and thanks alot!!it was almost a lousy weekend.

I don't have dual fans on my car, but......

when you grounded the fanswitch wire proves your fan switch is shot.

The other fan should come on during A/C operation only.

turn on the A/C and the other fan should come on.

If you just replaced the fan switch then you might have put on too much teflon tape or the fanswitch is not gorunding or defective.
