What could be causing this? I also had to install a new polyurethene tranny mount to. I only seem to get the virbation when I let off the gas and let it cruise. Do I need to get the front end aligned?

Vibe that only exists with one state of the driveline = a driveline issue. The springs & shocks had nothing to do with it. The new mount is transmitting more of it to you.
Usually that's pinion bearings but could also be U-joints. Swap the U-joints first and see if it helps.
