Greetings all,

I am in the process of doing some upgrades on the 305TPI in my '86 IROC convertible - and would appreciate some inputs on what cam to get.

This is the mods otherwise:
305 TPI
SLP Runners
Ported Plenum
Air Foil
K&Ns
Edelbrock Headers
Edelbrock Cat Back

What about new heads and porting your intake? You know you want to.

An LT1 or LT4 cam could be had for pretty cheap, those would be a good upgrade. You could get some roller rockers as well, maybe 1.6 ratio.

Yeah, heads would be great! but I can't afford everything at the same time on my student budget..

Anyways, so the LT1 or LT4 cam would be the best one for these mods...?
