cold start valve/ninth injector
Anyone know what the resistance should be? Its reading 4.5 ohms now and thought it might be leaky causing my surging idle.

Alldata doesn't show specs for the cold start valve, I assume it's the same as the others 15.8 to 16.6 ohms at 68°F.

If you want to check for leaky injectors, pull the rail off and place a pan under it and then jumper the fuell pump relay and see if any of the injectors leak.
Before doing that, hook up a fuel pressure gauge and see how long it holds pressure after it presurizes for 2 seconds.
If it drops down quickly, you can have a leaky injector, leaking regulator, or a fuel pump with a bad check ball.
