i'm trying to clean up my engine compartment a bit, while my engine is out. and i disconnected all the relays that are mounted to the firewall, drivers side, engine compartment. and when i was reconnecting them, i noticed that all the connectors will plug into any of the relays.... is their a easy way to fix my fu*kup? what relay does what, and what connector goes where?

thanx

SB,

Refresh our memories - what model/year/engine do you have? The key to getting the correct connections is the coloring of the wires, although in several cases the relays are functionally the same, so they will work in several places. Still, it's a good idea to verify them for those few that don't interchange.

oh, sorry, it's an 87 iroc, had stock 305, put 350 from 89 iroc in. still using 305 tpi system. these relays are the ones to the right of the brake booster... as your facing the car.
