Aftermarket starter

What kinds of aftermarket starter motors will work with our cars?
I checked Summitracing.com and used their make/model/engine application guide and it didn't come up with any starters. If anyone is running an aftermarket starter what kind are you using? Were there any issues with install? and did it help with slow starts? I've done fuel filter, checked fuel pressure and injectors, replaced plugs, plug wires, cap and rotor, and coil and my starts still seem slow. The battery has been tested and it charges to full charge and my alternator gives me 14.5 volts on the gauge when the car is running. Other than distributor and starter, I don't know what else it could be.

It's the starter, mine did the same... They replaced it with one from NAPA... It start real fast, BUT, I hear a strange noise when I start it now... Pretty anoying. Something to do with the bendix I think. I'm no mechanic so they told me it's not bad for the engine or anything, but I wish it did the same sound as before!
