i am having trouble getting the thing to shift properly still. i can not manually put into 1 and the tv will not obey me when i adjust. maybe broken or something? which way makes the tv shift later in or out? anyway the car is very fast and i will take it to the strip within a couple of months. i am hoping for high 12s naturally aspirated l98.
lol. ill explain later to any of you all who forgot what i did or dont know me.
also i was wondering how hard it would be to put a new 5 speed auto in the car? you know like the blazers

Have someone mash the throttle and go pull the TV cable adjustment all the way out as far as you can pull it from the Throttle body. If it doesn't stay there. clamp a small pair of vice grips lightly on the plastic cable to prevent it from sliding back in the metal bracket. Drive it and if that cures your problem you will need to buy a TV adjuster to stay where its suppose to.

If the cable is loose it will shift earlier.
