Eagle 383 crank and pilot bushing HELP!!

Transmission: T-56
Axle/Gears: 4.10 stk 10 bolt
Eagle 383 crank and pilot bushing HELP!!
Im installing my T-56 behind my new built 383 right now and I bought a 94 T56 pilot bushing to install but the crank hole is wayy too big to install it? What am I suppost to get?? Is there some adapter or something?? Please help. Thanks in advance.

The same pilot bushing or bearing has been used in all Chevy V8 cranks since 1955 up through the LS1, except for certain years with cast-iron Powerglide (62-back).
Post a pic of what you've got, bot the crank and bushing.

I suppose it is possable the parts store guy sold me the wrong part. the bushing I have now has a 7/8 o.d. Is that too small?

Yea, after some research I found out that the parts shop gave me the wrong part. Looks like Ill have to shop at a different store now. Thanks for the help RB83L69
