Car shifts at 2000 rpms after intake manifold swap..
Well I finally got it running good.
Heres my only problem now, when i'm driving, it will shift at 2000 rpms and it will not downshift even when I stomp on the gas.. It feels quite sluggish because of this..
Do I just need to adjust my TV cable??
Anything else that would help this???

Engine: L98 (350 TPI)
Transmission: MD8 (700 R4) + 3.42 LS1 Rear
I believe that your T.V. needs adjusting. here is transfixleo's post on the subject.

if it feels sluggish, it may be due to a vacuum leak, I would check for that too, because that's a common problem.
