More 2.8L Problems :(

I have been replacing vacume hoses like mad, pluging up vacume leaks and such which is finally just about done just some hoses for the A/c heater ect switches to check, but thee engine runnin great, not dieing out or anything like it used (had to double foot when it was cold, ran fine when warm but every once in a while i would get a decel) but now it will decel after shutoff more often.. and i cant figure out why.. I did adjust a **** on my carb a few weeks back, not sure if it was the idle screw or the air/fuel mix screw. Ill post a pic of this as well

Also, ever since i messed with that screw my Cruise control stoped working could this be related by any chance aswell? THe engine is a 2.8l V6 STOCK as far as i know (2nd owner)

Sorry for the novel and thanks for the help
