Gas Soaked Plugs

I was having trouble with my Holley Carb and the plugs got soaked with gas. I took them out and cleaned them best I could and put them back in and tried again and the car sounds like it wants to start but nothing. I pulled the plugs and they are soaked with gas again, making the white porc, turn grey. Would you recomend putting in new plugs before ripping apart the carb or re-doing compression tests?

The gas doesn't hurt the plugs any. You need to figure out why you are getting so much fuel and verify a good spark. New plugs will foul with gas just as easy.

------------------
350 with stealth intake, holley carb, 470 lift cam. 700r4 with .5 boost valve, vette servo, tci lock-up kit, B&M megashifter. Richmond 3.73 gears, powertrax locker, timkin bearings, synthetic lube. Custom 3 inch single into 2 2.5 pipes. 1 1/2 drop springs, 1 5/16 solid front sway bar, 1 inch rear bar, custom subframe connectors, custom LCA relocation brackets. Kobel ground FX, currant red metallic paint. Lots of other stuff...

I fixed the problem so it doesn't overdrop the gas (the op. lever for the accelerator pump was on too tight dropping more gas than needed), but the car still won't start. I have spark and it sounds like it wants to start, sputters but nothing...
