Wierd electrical problem, need help fast

Ok, the car started and ran fine for the last week, started up last night no problem, started up this morning, no problem.......
pulled the distributer to re-position it, and zip-tied/electrical taped some of the wires (to the starter specificly) to keep them out of the way of the headers.....Now it wont start! used to be able to hear the elec. fuel pump, dont now, and dont even get a click from the starter, but the interior lights work and stuff like that....
Any ideas?

You may have pulled a fusible link apart when tying the wires back at the starter.
