AIR pump ???

i have currently taken my air tubes off my exhaust manifolds, and was wandering how i would eliminate the air pump, or could i just plug the hole where the air comes out. because where i disconnected the air tubes it blows out air and makes a noise when car is running.

there is a belt that you can get to delete the air pump and toss it,
