possible blown head gasket?

Hi All. I just checked my spark plugs as the car was running rich. I fixed the problem, but when I pulled the #6 plug (2nd from passenger side firewall) I noticed that, along with the black soot, was a white build-up of corrosion on the side electrode. I think I'm in the early stages of head gasket failure, but I'm not absolutely sure. The car isn't using excessive amounts of oil. Coolant isn't disappearing. Neither the coolant nor the oil appear discolored in any way. The car isn't overheating either. I shouldn't complain, but I'd rather address this problem before the car sustains any damage and I wind up stranded. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

i think you're looking for a problem that doesn't exist. if you want to be sure try doing a little testing, like compression or exhaust gas tester for the coolent.
