CODE 15 AND 32!!!

My car has been having idle problems, if i don't give it about 1500 rpm's for about a minute when i crank it, it dies. I got a code 15 and 32. I thought it could be a TPS or IAC sensor also but i got no codes on those. Code 15 is coolant related and 32 is a bunch of things...any helpful advice, anything i can do?

Nick,

A 32 is an MAP sensor problem on your particular car, and the 15 is an open circuit in the CTS sensor. Since the CTS is crucial in determining the fuel mixture and target idle speed, you really need to fix that first.

The MAP sensor could be related, it could be unplugged, it could have the vacuum line off, or may have failed.

Since you have both problems at once, you should also check all engine and chassis grounds, since the ECM references all signals to ground.

You idle depends heavily on the coolant temp. sensor. Check that out; make sure it's okay.
