Cam Specs on LO3 Please...

Does any one know the specs on the stock LO3 cam.. duration, and the valve lift ect.

I'm looking at changing cams, though I don't want something really hot.. Any recomendations. I also realize I'll need a new chip.. Would it be better to hook up with someone that burns em, or get an aftermarket one... Thanks

So pathetically small..I blocked out out the exact specs..I can't recall them.
but anything is an improvment..I don't know of any aftermarket company that actually makes one smaller.

I believe these are the stock specs. for the LO3 (305ci,TBI,9.3:1CR):

Hydraulic Roller Camshaft
Lift: in.= .350
Lift: ex.= .384

Duration at .050
in.= 179
ex.= 194

Lobe Sep.
109.0

These are the numbers that I have written down. Can anybody confirm these numbers?

Im sure the specs can be found through the main page, www.thirdgen.org
Go to the tech articles, look for camshaft stuff.

The specs above this look right. I'd just say its small/small .small/.small
or even puny/pathetic .gasp/.choke

Even the small crane compucam, which is like 204/214 .422/.443 (or close) would be much better, and thats still kinda small IMO. It would probably work just fine with the stock stuff though.

Thanks Choach... I know you guys like the high end performance.. I do too, but since this is what I use as a dailing driver in the summer.. I don't want to much gas sucking performance.. a tank a week is good enough for me..
