Normally Open Thermal Switch
I need one that will fit the head in my 350.

I'm not sure what you're talking about. Only thing I can think of is the temp sender or the fan switch. What do you need to know about it? I think its 1/2" npt so any sender or switch (depending on what you need) should work.

I'm looking for a thermal fan switch which is NO (Normally open and closes at a certain temp).

I would try autozone or napa because the stock sensor is normally open right? I did a search at autozone and they had a fan switch 9/16" and also a 5/16". I think you need the 9/16" and they were between 15 and 20 bucks.
