wich cam is best?

i have a stock 92 305 TBI auto I'm looking to get a better cam but not make any other mods (just the cam) anybody got any suggestions or anything?

Ah, Im not into the roller stuff and thats what you currently have. I would suggest for a "cam only" mod something in the 206/214@.50 range. That will give you some more umph.

will this make a difference that i can feel and will it change the sound of the car?

Yes, It will make a big difference in the power of your car. As far as sound goes it might sound stronger, a more soild note from the exhuast at idle. If you were wanting an extrem lope from a cam change you need to shoot for a cam with alot of seperation like 214/228. The larger exhaust lobe on the cam gives it that sound.

Get the 95-96 LT1 cam and springs. A lot of guys onthe TBI board are runniong this setup with great results. I hear it agrees with the computer pretty well also but you could benefit from a custom chip
