Engine: 350 HO 330 GM
Transmission: 700r-4
Warm Cranks & Cranks
But when cold or just filled up with gas, she fires right up. Any ideas?

TPI? The injectors are leaking when you shut it off. By the time it cools down the gas has evaporated so it starts fine.
