Bad Lifters OR Inproper Lash
91' 350 (L98)
The motor is missing throughout the rpm range and i have been trying to pinpoint the problem but cannot. I did notice when i was checking my plugs that my motor would click even when it was cold around the intake manifold.
I pinpointed the clicking and think it is coming from the lifters. When i put my finger against some of the rockers I felt each lifter click several times shortly after being turned over.
So is my valve lash off or are my hydr. roll. lifters in need of replacement? Also could this be causing my miss?

Good diagnostic process!
I'd start with the rocker preload. Check your manual or search around here for the procedure and do all 16 of them. See if the tick goes away.
It's also possible that your factory pressed-in rocker studs may be pulling out. If so, you'll be able to get rid of the ticking temporarily by resetting rocker preload...but it will eventually come back. Just keep an ear out for it.
If the noise doesn't clear when you correctly reset the rocker preload, it's time to dig further into the engine. I'd start by removing each pushrod and testing for bending, rolling on a flat surface like glass (or my wife's granite countertop) will tell the story...should roll smoothly. Bent ones will stop abruptly.
If the pushrods pass, then it's time to pull the lifters.
