Need some cam help

Car: 92 Mustang Coupe/89 Camaro RS
Engine: 5.0 carb'd/305
Transmission: T5/T5
Axle/Gears: 3.73 and stock TrakLok/stock GM
Need some cam help
OK, heres my combo so far
- World Sportsman 2 heads 200cc intake, 72cc, guide plates, screw in studs, dual valve springs
- 70 350 block 010...4 bolt main, stock pistons, crank, rods....60k miles on it
- TH350 w/2400 B&M Torkmaster stall convertor
- Heddman 15/8in primary long tube headers into dual dumps
- Edelbrock Pro Flo EFI setup
- electric fan
- 2.73 posi rear end (yeah itll get upgraded)
Whatcam would work best? Think I need lots of duration? Im thinking around 224/224 duration and around .501/.501l ift....my only concern is the EFI handling the .550 lift I would liek to have. Any help is appreciated.
Also, howm uch power will I lose between t-5 and TH350? Any expectations on 1/8 or 1/4 times here?
