bad stumbling problem

when i first crank up the car runs perfect. after it goes into closed loop the car stumbles very bad. if the throttle is held at a constant rpm the engine tries to choke out,if i give it a little gas it will eventually catch up but i can hardly drive it. i checked the tps and its fine, starts at .48 volts and runs steady all the way past 5v. i tried to unplug the o2 sensor to keep it from closed loop but it still happens. im dumbfounded please help

JP,

TPI, right? In either case, how is the fuel pressure?

Have you cleaned the IAC and air passages lately? PCV? Just asking...

no vader its a tbi. but i checked the iac and it is fine. fuel pressure is steady at 13psi. like i said it runs perfect until closed loop and steady rpm. even in closed loop, in neutral it will rev and hold all rpm without problem. it appears to be load related.
