Where is the cheepest ac clutch available at genaric parts places i really don't have the money to fix the damn thing but the seal broke on it and it leaked all the gear grease outa it. Pepboys wants 99 oriley is 105 and autozone wants 75 but hell i can get teh compressor and the clutch in one for 95 with a 10 buck core at autozone. There is this place called discount auto parts exchange this guy said 50 bucks exchange but hell have to build me one. ???? what do you guys think??? I noticed a while back someone by the name of ked85 kept posting a 1-800 number for some guy upstate selling ac delco stuff at cheeper prices i dunno if this would fall in at a ac delco product or not.

I don't think its the bearing grease that came out, its probably A/C oil. If this is the case, replacing the clutch kit won't fix it. It is common for the shaft seals to leak, and freon and refrigerant oil leaks out. More then likely, you will be able to re-use the clutch. Clean it up w/ brake cleaner and scuff it w/ some 200-400 grit paper.

No its the damn clutch ahah there is grease all over my hood. the little metal ring at the front of the clutch is separated from the clutch itself don't ask how it broke but its broke. the ac is fine cold as hell i bought a smaller belt and bypassed the ac anyway haha i'll just get a new clutch in spring for now i enjoy the extra horses i can notice a big difference.
