Gas cap
Is it supposed to be a vented cap? The one on my car appeared to be, but whenever you opened it, you would hear a 'swosh' . Went to parts store for a new on, and they gave me a non vented one.

Assuming your car has the evaporative emission control canister in the engine bay then the cap should not be a vented one.
