Suggestions to keep my car functioning well?
We all know that the third gen F-bodies have little quirks, just like every car. Over the years, these little quirks can turn into annoyances or potentially serious problems. What are all of you doing to keep your car working the way it should? I don't mean basic stuff (i.e. change the oil), but stuff more geared towards the third generation F-bodies, such as the "universal sagging door."
I'm still new to my F-body (two months) and I'm sure that there are problems that I haven't even discovered yet. Preventative maintenance never hurt anybody... so, what are your suggestions?

Rebuild the front end. Seems to be a universal problem.

the sagging door is usually due to the door pins. there is one in each door, and you can pick them up at your local auto parts store(I got mine at auto zone). that fixed the problem on my car. If it doesn't, then you have to replace the hinges, which will require welding...

well geez my camaro drives me totally insane sometimes. the front end is one thing that bothers me, little interior rattles (door handles esp.) and especially the rediculously loud slam when the doors are gently shut. if anyone can help me with those, since im sure those are problems with alot of thirdgens, that would be great.

Subframe connectors can help prevent some problems.

I never found a cure to fixing the metal right at the back of the xindow and roof from tearing a small "V" (stress cracks)...
Subframe connectors didn't even work. My v6 even has them.

the door pins are about $10 I believe, but if you want a new roller thing that's on the other hinge and the body shop said I'd have to buy a new hinge for that. He said it wasn't holding the door up or anything(the roller thing), that it was just for holding the door open, and smooth operation. New hinges would need to be welded on.

Great ideas so far. How about some other little "tweaks," as well? For example, cutting the fog light relay wires so I can have the brights on in addition to the fogs? I did that before, and it worked good. I think that small things like that, to make our cars unique from others, are kinda neat. Ideas?
