How to remove wires from TPS connector?

How to I get the wires out of the connector? I pulled the Connector off the TPS and removed all the rubber seals and pulled the clip off that covers the back side but the wires are still stuck in there.

not sure how to remove the wires, you could always remove some of the insulation from the wires you need to get access to... or if you are using a voltmeter to get a reading on the wires then just stick your test leads into the slots where the wires go into the connector.. it's a tight fit but that's always worked for me... what are you trying to accomplish?

You need a weather pack wire removal tool. Any parts store should have one.

It has a round "tube" like end that you stick in over the terminals from the TPS side of the connector. You gently push it in, and once it goes in all the way, pull the wire out.

Needless to say, you aren't to be able to get the seals you removed back on. When they crimp the wire on the terminal, the seal is secured onto the terminal during the process.

Let me know if you need new terminals, seals, or the connector itself. I have them new.

How do I know if the terminals are bad?
