Where is 6° Timing?

Where is 6° Timing?
I know this seems like a STUPID question but I can not read the numbers (if there are indeed any) on the timing indicator mark from the block. Basically the timing marks are non-descript, although there are notches on it and one is larger than the others. It would only makes sence that the large notch is where I am aiming for. Is that correct?
I cannot remember EXACTLY what it looks like, but this is more or less whay my timing marks look like: is that 6°?
