TB WON'T PRIME ON STARTUP??
TB WON'T PRIME ON STARTUP??
It's been slightly difficult to start my LO3 lately and it occasionally stalls at lights. I noticed that the TB isn't spraying when I turn the key to "run". Aren't the injectors supposed to spray prior to startup? I rebuilt the injectors about 8 mos ago so they should be fine. When the car eventually starts the spray pattern is appropriately conical. I also replaced the fuel filter within the past 8 mos. The only thing I can think of is may be the battery isn't putting out enough power but it cranks the engine just fine so that can't be it. Oh, I also replaced the fuel pump relay as well - same problem. What I don't get is eventually the injectors must fire or it wouldn't start. Any ideas as to what's going on?

No, the injectors will only fire if the car is turning over. The injectors are triggered by the turning of the distributor. Sorry, I can't really help you with your problem.
