Question about Homemade Ram Air?

From what I have read most people put the dryer hose around the fog light area. I was looking at it on my car and how do you route the hose around the radiator to get to the intake. Since I have a carburetor are there any special things I will need to make sure rain doesn't get in. And how would I go about connecting it to my air filter?

i ran the hose threw the inner fender, works fine.To get it to the fog light area it will need to be alot logner and I noticed I could see it hanging down which I didnt like.I connected it to the air cleaner with tie-straps.

Cold air induction is a much better term than ram air. There is no way you are going to be getting any positive pressure through a hose that long with so many bends in it.
