Nope, it should be 128 blm and int +/-4 or so. But...what year do you have? What code are you running? Does it have a hwy mode?

With an 89 it'll be "6E" tdf. So yes, you have a mode that leans it out at "cruise" and also a decel mode that will cutoff fuel when you let off. When checking your blm's you want steady acceleration, smooth, not over about 65% throttle, avoiding sudden transitions and hwy mode. With sudden transitions etc. it will bounce the blm around. Hope this helps.

Sounds normal. Never had one that ran 128 all the time. I have come to accept anything +/- 10 (118 to 138) as pretty damned good.

My 94 LT-1 runs block learns in the 118 range (stock programming is a bit rich).

My brother's 87 GTA ran in the 133-135 range (stock programming a bit lean).

His carbureted LG-4 runs in the 120-122 range but varies considerably with weather conditions.

Not saying your engine will be the same, but wanted to give you an idea what I have experienced.
