No spark all of a sudden when driving, need help

I was driving the car, when it shut off, no spark. Towed the car home, checked all spark plugs, no spark, checked from coil, no spark. Replaced ignition coil, no spark still. What would be the next thing that I should look at? The car just all of a sudden died at about 1/4 throttle going uphill, and hasn't started since.

Check the wires going to the ignition coil and check the ignition coil too. Post again after you have the results.

I would suggest taking out the ignition control module (ICM) and have it tested at an auto parts store. I've seen many an ICM go out in that way, car randomly shuts off while driving, will crank over fine but won't start, and has no spark or no spark or fuel.
