filler neck

i cant get my tank out without cutting this annoying *** filler neck.



is cutting it and puttin a small section of hose a bad idea?


my dad does, but i think hes just being a nancy.

Listen to your Father...then get a manual or search abit more on how to drop the tank...or search for "fuel pump replacement". etc.

an inch of hose thou? its not goign to change anything beside make it flexible.


i dont see the problem.


i want an actual reasonfor not doing it thou, not just because its not stock

Myself, I'd rather not deal with swollen/shrunken hoses and leaks and twisting filler necks over the lifetime of my car, but you seem to have a better idea, so go for it.
