Oil Pressure problem

I am working on my buddy's Camaro that has a 350 TBI out of a Blazer. The motor has about 120,000 miles. When its cold its holding about 40 lbs of oil pressure. When it gets warm the pressure drops to about 10 lb. When I rev the motor the pressure will not raise (according to the needle) I have already changed the pressure sensor. The gauge was reading higher with the old sensor. IS THE PUMP going or do I have a electric problem.

Thanks
Brian

Thanks Ede but can you think of a place other than on the back of the block UNDER the distributer to tap the oil pressure feed. I do not have the port just above the timing cover like the older blocks. I can't get to this one without pulling the dist. which I may just have to do.

THanks
BRian

There is a port above the oil filter.
