422 Stoker?? out of a LS1

There is a guy that posted on the street racing board that has a 2001 TA with a 422 stroker. And someone mentioned it being an LS1? How is that possible, I've heard a 383 out of a 350, but never 422. Can someone please explain this to me.

yep.. those guys with cubic dollars always kill me.

It would be nice to be able to just write a check and have someone else worry about all the bs. But, i doubt that I will get that chance.

That's why I'm going to college for accounting. There's no way I could do all that work on a car, so I need to make enough money to pay for the goodies plus labor.

Agustino Racing makes a 430 Stroker also. With N2O, it was running 9's in a TA. This was in Chevy High Tech Performance.

Its amazing that when the OBD 3 came out, a lot of people were worried that no one would be able to crack the codes to mod them. Now we have 600hp LS-1's that are expensive, but worth the cost just in bragging rights!!
