freeze plug problem

freeze plug problem
This is the problem i tried to pry the plug out the side of the block with a screwdriver, but when i pried on it the center of the plug ripped out but the outer edge is still in the block all the way around I can't get it out.I've tried everything i can think of to get it out.Anyone have suggestions on how to get it out.
