Want to run a LT-1 accessory bracket?
I'm doing this to my 383 so I can do the supercharger since they are going fairly cheap or just have the room there for a turbo.
Don't know if this has ever been posted, I don't post much just thought I'd let everyone know that the LT-1 bracket, bolts to my L-98 motor if you ream out two of the bracket holes, depending on your gasket thickness (not sure, I had to ream mine)
Power Stering pump (rack -n- Pinion) isn't there yet but will be soon.
Also the stock alternator is too big unless your running center bolt valve covers to put the LT-1 valve covers on. I'm runnin Perimeter and have to either buy the MSD alternator that fits there and is smaller or have a set of aluminium valve covers notched and rewelded.
Regards,
Tony

Yes I was going to mount the remote reservoir, my plans were to go with with a rack and pinion on a new K member. After reading a post in the Chassis section of the use of a rack with the stock spindles, I'm kind of at a stop till some resolution comes out on what to do to keep the steering radius.
No I did hadn't read to much about the electric power assited, I will do a search for them and bone up a little, thanks for the info.
