Can I use 2 driver side valve covers?

both my drivers side valve covers are in better shape than my passenger side..ITs also nice to have to oil fillers

Yes you can. It just depends where the holes are for PVC etc. My ZZ4 came with identical valve covers and I swapped my old L98 TPI covers to the ZZ4 so all my TPI hoses would mount in the correct spots. But physically, they fit.

Is the passenger side head different from the driver side head?

Just the holes are different.

The only thing Im worried about is the webbing of the covers and the staggered TFS valve/rocker arm arrangement.I need to know if I can just cat the webing the same way as the driver side..But then again I might have 2 different heads..lol
