Ive done a few searches on here, but really haven't found anything that suites my situation. I bought an 88 WS6 that originally had a LO3, but was swapped out for an LB9, and the speedometer doesnt work. The VSS is brand new and the wiring coming from it has no flaws. The car originally came with cruise control, but it was removed. There is no SES light either. I would really like to get this car back on the road after sitting for a really long time, but this problem is preventing me from doing so.

IIRC, didnt the LB9 Formulas come with 120 speedometers? If so, could the problem be that mine is 140 speedo? Thank you!
