Horsepower gross/net ?

Anyone got an accurate formula to convert one to the other? I know it can't be a 100% but something close.

Are you referring to crank HP to RWHP. Usually the rule of thumb is take 18-20% off for autos and around 15% I think for manuals to calculate RWHP.
