350 build output

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone with DD2000 or something similar could give me an idea on what the engine im almost done building should make. Heres the specs on it:
4.000" bore, and 3.48" stroke
Engine has an SCR of 10.7:1, and a DCR of 8.2:1
Engine will have a port matched victor Jr. and a holley 650DP
Cam is a lunati voodoo 284/292 (241/249) .525/.546 lift, 110LSA, 106ICL
Im putting 1.6 ratio rockers on, so cam lift will be .560/.582
The heads flow:
Lift Int Exh
.100 67.3 40.3
.200 127.2 76.2
.300 178.1 106.7
.400 208.2 124.7
.500 220.4 132.0
.600 226.1 135.4

TTT, im open to guesses as well, also, you think a 650cfm is big enough, or do you think i should get a proform main body as well?

650 is good close to 6500 RPMs. Since you will have a single plane intake, overcarburating is more of an issue.

But, the Proform mainbody isn't likely to hurt you.

Ported 462s, going to mill to 58cc, std deck height (around .030 IIRC), -6cc flattops, shim head gaskets (.018 thick, 4.100 bore). DCR calc gives me a SCR of 10.67:1, and a DCR of 8.29:1
Oh yea, my sig is outdated, the only thing that is right on that list is the heads, and the block.

I have done a quick DD2000 with your information.

If you can find the CAM information with the seat-to-seat instead of @0.050 lift it would be better. (According to DD2000)
I have used the valve size of 2.02 and 1.6.
I have used the piston to deck distance of 0.025 with a normal deck height of 9.025
So you will have a total volume above this piston (include the -6cc of 10.94 cc and that makes a compression of 10.84 (static)
The results are:
273 HP @ 4000 rpm
396 Ft-lb @ 3000 rpm
My first impression is that you need a different CAM but I am not an expert.
I will try to post the "pdf" with all the information from DD2000 and please correct me if you find some discrepancies.

Edit:
I forgot to ask:
Do you have Hydraulic Rollers? This make a big difference.
From 273 HP to 309 HP

I have put my CAM in your combo (I am also building a new engine) based on a partial engine.
The cam is an Isky 211257/265 wit a duration of 209/217 @ 0.050 this will give you a different performance.
HP = 370 @ 5000 rpm
TQ = 445 @ 4000 rpm with a healthy 399 FT-lb at 2000 rpm
The left with 1.6 rokers will be 0.496/0.517

As you see your heads will perform better with less CAM.

But I told you I am not an expert.
Perhaps some one can jup in and hep us to verify those figures.

The exhaust port flow is very weak for a "ported head"
Something is wrong. Were the ports tested with a "pipe"?
should be 170 to 200cfm. Makes a difference.

Once you get that sorted out it has 400-430hp potential.
Don;t need DDyno to know that.

Yeah, im 99% sure they were flowed without a pipe, which i forgot makes a big difference. Yeah, the intake flow #s say it could make up to 464hp, but i was just wondering what DD2000 say.

Yes I agree with the previous comments the flow values give for the heads are not proper.
If you check the percentage is never higher than 60% between the exhaust and the inlet.

I have found for you a site that gives the flow of this heads but standard (no porting) and small valves.
http://users.erols.com/srweiss/tablehdc.htm#Chevy

I have run those values at the DD2000 and here you have the results.
382 HP and 382 Ft-lb of torque.
Here is the result file:

Cool, thanks a lot. So I should have a pretty stout motor, since my heads flow quite a bit better than the ones you entered. Cant wait until its done.
