Does K&N make an air intake for my car?

I have a 1991 Camaro RS LO3 TBI, I have been on their site and I am looking for air intake kits, I want something to help me gain hp in the engine....

I see nothing all I see are air filters alike and some other stuff, did K&N not make air intake kits for my car? If so that kinda sucks, what other options do I have?

Short answer- NO.
I went to their website. I use it daily to help customers find what they need in performance filters. Nothing is made other than the regular circular shaped air filter. They don't make a model for every car possible, just the most popular ones.

Most of their performance kits are for the other types of fuel injection. The TBI setup is somewhat like a carburetor and that is why they only make the regular air filter. A special housing like the other fuel injection performance kits would be prohibitive to design. The other fuel injection types just need a cone filter and some tubing to go to the mass air sensor or other inlet. To make one for your vehicle, they would have to essentially remake the whole air cleaner housing, lid, base, etc. Likely it's cost prohibitive for them.

At this point, I'd check out the regular air filter. It is better than the stock type and will flow more air. If you could modify the stock filter housing to allow more air in, or duct it to the inner fender area to pull in cooler air, or duct it to the front of the engine compartment where it could pick up cooler air, then you might benefit from that approach.
Good luck.

There are no air intake kits for these cars.

You do have some other options though. K+N does make a stock replacement air filter, but that's not going to help much. If you can find one, a stock dual snorkel air cleaner from the 83?-87 L69 engines works well and is better than the stock single snorkel air cleaner. They are getting harder and harder to find though, and are getting more expensive. Another option is an open element air cleaner. They're cheap, they're easy to install, and they flow great. Downside is that they take in hotter air. There are also various custom cold air set-ups that people have made and installed on their TBI motors.

Just start search the TBI board and read the "New to TBI" sticky. There have been plenty of posts and discussions about the pros and cons of each, how to install them, and how to get the parts needed.
