engine build questions

I am building a 87 iroc tpi 350 I have a ported intake, the block is a chevy 350 bored 30 over. I am planning to use a 52 or 58mm tb what do you guys suggest as far as heads, cam, throttlebody and injectors go. I would like to see somewhere near 300 rwhp and 400 rwtq, i currently have 205rwhp and 320 rwtq. thanks in advance.
