I was told this car has an entire Lingenfelter Kit installed years ago on Corvette motor,91 or 92 in my 88Gta. Did this kit(if there where such kits) include a different computer plug in ECM. into base unit. I'm starting to research this entire set up. because it will not run now for more than 30-45 seconds. This car was driven home a year ago.I've been testing/repairing this car and determed there's no spark after it shuts down(30-45sec) Checked fuelpump ,relays, grounds(multiple) Hot wired fuel pump won't keep running but pump does. I don't think the oil pressure sender is even in the motor,because they plumbed a oil pressure gauge under the hood I found what looks like the sender electrical cap at the rear Lh side. So I figured it might be just a grounding switch,so I grounded it. Car still would not run more than 30-45sec. If ECM is bad will the car still start run for this short period?? Thanks need help bad.
