They say they are made by Pro Comp. I know nothing about that company other than recognizing the name. I bet someone has used their heads before (although maybe not these particular models) and has some comments.

If those are pictures of the heads themselves, then the intake bolts are totally wrong for an L31 style intake manifold. Not only are there 2 bolt holes in the center of the intake face, but all the holes are at the wrong angle. Those intake runners don't look nearly as tall as the L31 heads. But they could be generic pictures they used.
