What sensor is in the passenger side cylinder head?

I just bought a 90 IROC 350/auto camaro and im going through fixing any little stuff i find wrong. On the passenger side head there is a sensor screwed into the cylinder head, it appears broken with no wire hooked up. What is that sensor and where is the wire that hooks to it/
