Camshaft recommendations

Ive got a 1989 Camaro, TBI 305 LO3, 100 shot of nitrous oxide, headers, untouched internals, stock heads and intake. I would like to get a more agressive cam. I want one that will give me good response on the street and when I hit "the button". Could i get some recommendations o fcams that have been used and work well with the set up I am running.

I'm honestly not sure. I was kind of hoping I could get some opinions on different set ups. I will also be purchasing new aluminum roller rockers, timing chain set, lifters, springs and valve covers. I have a good understanding of how the valvetrain system works, but I just need a little insight as to which type of products i should use to get the most out of my set up.

I have a summit 214/224 cam, a few guys at the track said that was a good nitrous cam, dunno if it's true or not. I believe stock cam is 190/214. Anything is going to be better. A BIG cam means more stall, etc ,etc.

He wants and needs a roller cam. Don't use anything else, its a major downgrade.

LT1 cam would work good, so would a LT4 cam.

Could you guys give some reasons why these cams would be my best options? I don't really have too much of a budget, but under 250 would be best.

those are flat tappets more than likely, you want a roller

what is the difference between the two? I know the differences between them, i mean physically, couldnt you use roller lifters with a flat tappet cam? I think I saw some but maybe i'm a crack smoker.
