How to get into the 13's with '84 Z28...
Alright guys about a month ago I got my car back (after a blown 305) with a new GM Goodwrench 350 with Edelbrock 600 carb, Performer intake, no emmisions, Turbo 350 w/ stage 2 shift kit, 2500 Stall Conv., Accel dist./wires, origional exhaust, suspension, and rear (2.73's). I estimate mid-high 14's. I want mid 13's. I have not run becouse the season is over and my engine was not broken in.
Christmas is comming and I need bodywork too. What do you guys recommend to get where I want to be. I was thinking LCA's, Traction bars, 3.42's (It is a daily driver), underdrive pullies, a B&M Megashifter so I could shift on my own? (Current one has no reverse lock out! Yikes!), and a couple other things. Or should I get the bodywork done (wreaked front-pass side & paint bad).
What do you think? I need opinions!
