Okay the question i am gonna ask, have probly been asked before and will sound noobish.

How hp can the stock bottom end hold?

Also i am probly gonna buy gta or iroc, whats one of the best ways to make these cars run low to mid 12s and still keep em has a daily driver. Also are they good as daily drivers?

First and foremost, not trying to be rude or anything, but the search button is your absolute best friend, because all the questions have been answered.

Stock bottom end, 450 hp maybe. Depends on how hard you beat on it really. Rod bolts are the first to go.

GTA and IROC's pretty much got the same powerplants. You can make the car do whatever you want. Just depends on how much you are willing to invest in it.

IROC isn't an engine. It's more or less a performace package, same as the GTA.

Yes, the LT1 would probably be a better base than what an IROC or GTA would come with. Better cylinder heads, better intake design, slighty better camshaft. Etc.
