Are ZZ3/ZZ4 springs te same diameter as stock springs?

Are ZZ3/ZZ4 springs te same diameter as stock springs?
I would like to know if I should get the spring seats machined or not.
Can anybody help?

One more thing, I will be using my stock ported heads.
